I joined the company in 1999 after completing a degree in Agriculture at Nottingham University. I spent the next decade working all sections of the business, before taking over as Managing Director in April 2010. As the 6th generation of the Dugdale family to lead the business, I have a great pride and passion for the company and the livestock farming.
Away from work I live with my wife Sarah-Jane and young son Ben, keeping a small flock of sheep at our home near Clitheroe. My other interests are shooting, rugby and cricket.
